About You:

This is a senior, upmarket, outbound sales role focused on acquiring high-value clients in the real estate industry. As an Account Executive III, you are a relentless hunter, proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and industry titans – independent brokerages, large brands, and leading real estate teams. Expect to travel ~50% of the time to build brand awareness and engage potential customers, manage a sales pipeline, and acquire new clients through compelling product demonstrations and persuasive sales calls. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and market share. You are a nimble problem solver, fast learner, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator with an unyielding drive to surpass goals and a proven track record of sales success.

  • Real Estate Rockstar: 10+ years of experience conquering the real estate industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-volume, quota-carrying software sales. (Bonus points if you've built and managed your own book of business)

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot (preferred).
  • A good partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with customer needs.

You Will:

  • Proactively engage potential customers through all stages of the sales funnel
  • Position Fello as the premier seller lead generation solution for residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages by leading engaging virtual demos that illustrate how Fello captures and revives seller leads
  • Consult with real estate professionals, educating them on how Fello empowers agents, teams, and brokerages to capture and convert seller leads.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire high-value accounts in the real estate industry.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of Fello.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Travel to industry tradeshows and events (~50% of the time) to build brand awareness and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Execute and help to build sales playbooks that efficiently convert leads into customers by leveraging customer insights, success stories, and ROI modeling to build compelling narratives that resonate with diverse real estate professionals
