The Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in defining our product strategy and execution. Your role is to harness the power of industry-specific insights to keep Fello at the forefront of technological innovation. This hands-on, technical, and strategic role demands a unique blend of expertise in product development and deep market analysis. You will be pivotal in reshaping decision-making processes in the era of big data and automation.

This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and Communicate Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with Fello’s goals.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate on Requirements: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Drive Product Roadmap: Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Go-to-Market Strategies: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Analyze and Iterate: Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future product development.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in global or cross-functional software teams.  Prior work in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
• 5+ years of deep product management experience, with a focus on developing internet software products.
• 3+ years of experience managing AI/ML/NLP products or platforms, with a background in data science highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in data warehouses, RDBMs, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
• A solid educational foundation with a BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields; an MBA is a bonus.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles, with a knack for integrating data and AI insights to improve product design and user experience.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills, capable of leading initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
