About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer whose talent turns complexity into user-friendly magic. Your mission? To sculpt intuitive, impactful interfaces for our B2B SaaS application. Through your expertise in Research, UX, and UI design, you'll be the architect of seamless, engaging user interfaces on our platform, skillfully navigating the intricacies of functionality and design.

Location: This is a fully remote role, offering you the freedom to work from anywhere in India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be a driving force behind understanding client needs through user research, translating these into compelling design solutions.
• Craft wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes, effectively communicating your vision.
• Design new features and refine existing ones, ensuring our B2B software suite remains intuitive and impactful.
• Champion user-centric design, grounding your creativity in data-driven solutions in collaboration with our product team.
• Guide the design process, balancing user needs, business objectives, and insightful analytics.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, guiding exceptional digital experiences from concept to completion.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate based on user feedback to enhance user experience.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of B2B SaaS product design experience.
• A BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• A track record of success in design, preferably within established product development organizations.
• Proficiency in Figma and a comprehensive understanding of the product design process.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects end-to-end.
• A knack for tailoring your design communication to suit various audiences and project stages.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a flair for articulating design decisions to diverse partners.
