About You:

You are an experienced leader in B2B SaaS with a focus on revenue operations. Your strategic mindset, deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and mastery of HubSpot equip you to effectively align Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing towards revenue goals. Comfortable with remote team management and adept at working across time zones, you are a proactive communicator who ensures critical revenue processes are optimized. Your experience enables you to manage diverse teams and drive revenue growth through insightful data analysis and strategic foresight.

You Will:

  • Oversee and Enhance the Entire Revenue Generation Cycle: Take a holistic approach to managing and improving the revenue generation cycle, spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Focus on increasing sales efficiency and comprehending the critical processes and data insights necessary for optimizing both pre- and post-sales experiences.
  • Strategize and Implement Revenue Plans: Develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Streamline Sales Processes: Analyze the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, standardize lead qualification criteria, automate workflows, and create clear handoff points between teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and Reporting: Regularly review metrics and establish KPIs to track performance across all revenue functions. Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Utilize historical data and current pipeline health to create accurate forecasts, allowing for better resource allocation and decision-making.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage interdepartmental cooperation and act as a neutral third-party within the company to ensure a unified approach to achieving company objectives.
  • Report and Communicate Proactively: Maintain ongoing reports on critical metrics like churn and expansion analysis, health score factoring, and sentiment/account trends. Ensure these insights are readily available, reducing the need for reactive requests.
  • Manage Risks: Identify and develop strategies to mitigate revenue risks.

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, senior sales roles, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • 7+ years of experience with revenue systems such as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and financial modeling software.
  • 3+ years of experience in a VC-backed SaaS startup, ideally during a phase of hyper-growth, where you contributed significantly to scaling operations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining RevOps infrastructure as an early hire, demonstrating your ability to build and optimize systems from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SaaS metrics, the B2B sales cycle, and expert knowledge of HubSpot (required).
  • A proven track record in exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a remote team across time zones.
  • A data-first mindset with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders on the importance of data hygiene.
  • Experience in using marketing tech stacks, including GA4, Data Studio, etc.
