About You:

As a Sales Account Executive at Fello, you will play a vital role in transforming the seller lead generation process for top residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages across the nation. In this outbound sales role, you will expertly identify and engage potential customers, manage a sales pipeline, and acquire new partners through compelling product demonstrations and persuasive sales calls.

This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or Canada.

You Will:

  • Proactively engage potential customers through all stages of the sales funnel
  • Position Fello as the premier seller lead generation solution for residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages by leading engaging virtual demos that illustrate how Fello captures and revives seller leads
  • Educate real estate agents, team leaders, operations directors, and marketing managers on the advantages of utilizing Fello
  • Execute sales playbooks that efficiently convert leads into customers by leveraging customer insights, success stories, and ROI modeling to build compelling narratives that resonate with diverse real estate professionals
  • Collaborate with the leadership and Fello Sales team members to design, test, and execute sales strategies
  • Facilitate cross-departmental feedback loops by identifying insights from your sales calls and demos and sharing them with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to help shape our company's direction and enhance our clients' success

You Have:

  • 3+ years of remote, high volume, high velocity, quota-carrying software sales experience
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proven expertise in outbound sales, including cold calling and email outreach
  • Demonstrated executive presence and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused orientation with a strong sense of urgency and timely follow-ups
  • A history of surpassing quotas and excelling in the sales process
  • Receptiveness to coaching and mentoring, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas
  • High attention to detail with robust technical execution and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Hubspot preferred
